I use a treadmill workstation desk I built when working from home daily for an hour, I seem to notice less deep sleep on days I dont exercise and the walking helps. Blue light block glasses 90 minutes before bedtime Writing in a prayer journal and mindful meditation 30 minutes before bed The ashwangda seems to somewhat interfere with sleep for me slightly, so I just stopped taking it before bed. Ashwaganda (one at bedtime the other in the morning), I switched to only morning for this now and it seems to help keep me asleep more. I just dont care anymore, I have to learn to accept my body for what it is, so I've given up this bodybuilding type lifestyle. I recently decided to stop lifting every set of every exercise to failure, instead I will try just doing failure on the last set of each exercise. I drink Chinese tea now, so maybe 200 MG caffeine, my last serving is completely finished by 4PM. I also stopped taking the pre workouts I've been taking for years. Dropped my 6 bodybuilding type weightlifting workouts a week to 3, with 1 yoga workout. I have zero issues falling asleep, the main issues were staying asleep. Im doing everything I can to try and support sleep, im also just getting over a bout of depression due to insomnia, I've been trying to heal for over 6 months by means of a natural path. I have a stressful desk job and I deal with alot of conflict in the day, Im a 31 year old father and husband.
